Job Requirements
◆ Must Have
- Experience in project management or project coordination (industry not limited)
(However, understanding of digital production processes (games/CG etc.) is required) - Ability to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English (spoken and written)
(Benchmark: Japanese JLPT N2 or above, IELTS 6.0 or equivalent) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel—including basic functions / PowerPoint / Outlook).
- Practical experience in multitask management, risk management, and schedule management.
- Leadership skills and the ability to support decision-making.
◆ Good To Have
- PM experience in the video game, CG, or digital content industry.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, FlowPT, etc.).
- Experience working with Japanese companies or Japanese clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of project progress (schedule, budget, resources)
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; propose improvement measures
- Engage in client communication and requirement definition with Japanese stakeholders
- Guide, mentor, and support team members; provide direction as needed
- Facilitate key meetings and support decision-making processes
- Create and maintain project documents, reports, and specifications
- Coordinate and align stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Collaborate with the translation/interpreting team when needed and provide supplementary translation/interpretation support (This is not a primary responsibility.)
