Description

We are looking for a motivated and versatile HR & GA Generalist (Support) to join our team. This position will be responsible for supporting a wide range of functions, including General Affairs, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Outreach Management, and Internal Communication. You will contribute to ensuring smooth daily operations while strengthening the studio's employee experience and company culture.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or General Affairs.
  • Familiarity with office management, recruitment processes, and employee engagement activities.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for improving employee experience and building a positive studio culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General Affairs Support (25%)
    • Provide administrative support for the GA team, assisting in daily office operations and logistics.
    • Manage office supplies, facility maintenance, and workplace organization.
    • Coordinate any office-related events, including team-building activities and studio functions.
    • Ensure proper management of internal communications and coordination between HR & GA.
  • Talent Acquisition Support (20%)
    • Assist with the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, maintaining job postings, and liaising with hiring managers.
    • Help build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
    • Support recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Employee Engagement (15%)
    • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
    • Assist in collecting employee feedback through surveys and focus groups.
    • Help implement actions based on survey outcomes to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Outreach Management (10%)
    • Assist in organizing outreach activities to promote the studio's presence in the gaming industry.
    • Coordinate external communication efforts such as school visits, career fairs, and networking events.
  • Employer Branding (10%)
    • Help enhance and promote the company’s employer brand on social media platforms, job portals, and other external channels.
    • Curate content that highlights the studio’s achievements, culture, and values.
  • Internal Communication (10%)
    • Support internal communication efforts to ensure clear and consistent messaging across the organization.
    • Assist in creating and distributing internal newsletters, announcements, and other communications.
  • Door Access Management & Facility Management (5%)
    • Oversee the door access system, including managing access requests and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
    • Support the management of studio facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and conducive to a productive work environment.
  • Payment Voucher (PV) Management (5%)
    • Raise payment vouchers for the Finance department to ensure timely processing of payments.
    • Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure payment requests are accurate and comply with company policies.
