Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or General Affairs.
- Familiarity with office management, recruitment processes, and employee engagement activities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- A proactive mindset with a passion for improving employee experience and building a positive studio culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Affairs Support (25%)
- Provide administrative support for the GA team, assisting in daily office operations and logistics.
- Manage office supplies, facility maintenance, and workplace organization.
- Coordinate any office-related events, including team-building activities and studio functions.
- Ensure proper management of internal communications and coordination between HR & GA.
- Talent Acquisition Support (20%)
- Assist with the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, maintaining job postings, and liaising with hiring managers.
- Help build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Support recruitment events and job fairs.
- Employee Engagement (15%)
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in collecting employee feedback through surveys and focus groups.
- Help implement actions based on survey outcomes to enhance employee satisfaction.
- Outreach Management (10%)
- Assist in organizing outreach activities to promote the studio's presence in the gaming industry.
- Coordinate external communication efforts such as school visits, career fairs, and networking events.
- Employer Branding (10%)
- Help enhance and promote the company’s employer brand on social media platforms, job portals, and other external channels.
- Curate content that highlights the studio’s achievements, culture, and values.
- Internal Communication (10%)
- Support internal communication efforts to ensure clear and consistent messaging across the organization.
- Assist in creating and distributing internal newsletters, announcements, and other communications.
- Door Access Management & Facility Management (5%)
- Oversee the door access system, including managing access requests and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Support the management of studio facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and conducive to a productive work environment.
- Payment Voucher (PV) Management (5%)
- Raise payment vouchers for the Finance department to ensure timely processing of payments.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure payment requests are accurate and comply with company policies.
