the latest Japan HQ security policies.
  • Contribute to incident response. Gather evidence, trace activity, prepare clear updates, and carry out authorised
    containment and recovery actions.
  • Keep daily IT operations running. Resolve technical issues, handle shared IT tickets, and contribute to maintenance and operational tasks alongside the Malaysia IT team.
  • Create useful documentation. Write clear reports, procedures and guides, share knowledge, and help
    colleagues adopt safe IT practices.

Security activities and general IT operations are both core responsibilities. Priorities will vary according to incidents, projects and the team's workload.

  • A relevant diploma or degree, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience with security tools, vulnerability management, incident response, cloud administration, scripting, or global IT teams would be an advantage. Relevant certifications are welcome.

Preferred Qualifications

You are proactive, resourceful and alert to risks. You investigate carefully, communicate clearly, and know when to seek guidance.
