Requirements

• At least 7-10 years' experience in related field. 
• Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Exceptional presentation skills and public speaking skills. 
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. 
• Strong working knowledge in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. 
• Competency in other project management tools is a plus. 
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management 

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. 
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all parties involved. 
• Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives, and ensure project deadlines are met. 
• Organize, attend and participate in project meetings, and record minutes. 
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings. 
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. 
• Designing and controlling the project schedule. 
• Develop project strategies. 
• Anticipate and assess project risks and opportunities and provide solutions where applicable. 
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution. 
• Manage the PM Team and provide guidance to the team. 
• Help prepare project budgets. 
• Translate documents from Japanese to English and vice versa whenever necessary. 
• Provide context and terminology support to interpreters in meetings. 
• Convey message accurately from Japanese to English and vice versa in meetings or discussions.
