Job Requirements
- At least 7-10 years working experience.
- Excellent bilingual communication skills, both verbal and written (English and Japanese).
- Exceptional presentation skills and public speaking skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong working knowledge in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Competency in other project management tools is a plus.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Ability to analyse projects thoroughly and plan strategies.
- Familiarity with risk management.
- Experience in handling subordinates or juniors.
