Responsibilities
- Carry out operations, maintenance and troubleshooting of local IT services
- Planning, procurement and maintenance of IT hardware and software licenses, asset inventory management
- Upkeeping of office network environment, addressing of network issues as it happens
- Enforce IT security practices following organisation's IT security policies, and handle security incidents promptly
- Provide IT helpdesk services for all employees in the office premises, as well as remote support for those who are offsite
- Streamline operations of the IT department, document IT processes, and improving the office IT workflow
- Collaborate closely with project teams and corporate department, able to understand their needs and requirements in order to prepare them ahead of time
- Communicate closely with the HQ IT department, promptly surfacing issues or making requests, as well as performing any tasks required by them
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT and network administration, in a company of 100+ employees
- Hands-on experience with administration of Microsoft and Office systems, as well as Linux servers
- Experience in administration of IT network infrastructure and networking devices
- Knowledge and practical experience in IT security and incidents management
- Experience in employee support (help desk, technical assistance)
- Familiar with PC hardware system knowledge and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
